Rowe Palmer
Director and Principal Consultant
Rowe is an MBA qualified robotics engineer and data scientist (BEng BSc). with 20 years’ experience across industries. He has experience across mining, asset management, risk management, environmental compliance, aged care and strategic resourcing fields.
Rowe has a proven track record in delivering performance management solutions at all levels, from executive functions to individual business units.
Known for his technical acumen and charismatic leadership, Rowe is passionate about solving complex challenges and helping businesses excel. He is an expert in capability assessment, process optimisation, operating models, automated issue detection, and decision support solutions.
In his free time, you'll find him trail running, cheering on the Wildcats, and spending time with his son.
Simone Wilkinson
Consultant
Simone brings a wealth of consulting and embedded experience, spanning diverse industries including aged care, mining, advertising, and charities. Her expertise lies in process improvement, change management, customer relationship management, event coordination, and business development. Simone is skilled in Microsoft 365 applications, customer relationship and human resource management systems, and business/accounting software. She holds a Communications degree (BA) from the University of Western Australia.
Simone’s primary focus is on understanding and meeting our customers’ needs, while concurrently enhancing the value of our relationships to foster growth and profitability.
During her spare time, you’ll often find Simone engrossed in a book, enjoying a long run, or catching up with friends and family.
